BARBERSHOPPER OF THE YEAR AWARD RECIPIENTS

MADISON, WISCONSIN, CHAPTER

 

The Barbershopper of the Year Award shall be given to that BHS member in the Madison Chapter who has made a significant contribution to barbershop harmony advancement and who previously has not received this award in the previous 10 years.  The award may recognize accomplishment for one or multiple years of service, at the discretion of the judges.  Judges shall be all current BHS members in the Madison Chapter who previously have received the award.  The most recent recipient of the award shall be responsible for administering the selection process, arranging for the engraving of the award, and preparing the announcement of the newest recipient.  The newest recipient shall be responsible for the physical safekeeping of the award until next presented.  The award normally shall be presented by all previous recipients who are present at the Chapter’s announcement ceremony.  The award plaque listing previous winners remains the property of the Madison chapter.
